We have an open-door policy, and we strive to help each child develop socially, cognitively, physically and emotionally in a loving and safe environment.

​Cuddle Time Daycare employees must adhere to a code of ethics designed for all daycare centers. Employees must maintain a commitment to professionalism while working at the center. Employees must put safety first and must maintain a safe and healthy learning environment. Our staff must be positive role models for all the children at the center as well as for other employees. Employees must read and follow our daycare policies and should pay special attention to the child abuse policies. Any employee who mistreats a child will be terminated on the spot. Employees should never disrespect children, parents, teachers or directors at the center.
